W&B Question

Quick q: the W&B sheet said the 4th row can only support 2 people. Is this correct?

The two rows with max 2 are coming from two reasons:

First there is no left set at the door row and for avoiding to have a requirement of on board service the total number of pax is limited to 19. So row 4 was selected to have an empty seat.
