B970 0 Posted January 19, 2022 Share Posted January 19, 2022 For some unknown reason Aerosoft One doesn't start, I just get a immediate CTD. So I tried to reinstall, same thing, CTD. Then I uninstalled AS-1 which went well, but when trying to install (the newest and latest) AS-1 - the same CTD happens. There are no messages besides: "Aerosoft One has stopped working". I have no anti-virus beside the default Win10, which isn't even turned on. Where can I download products the good old way or is it really so that all my products are now unavailable because of this one app? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Can you download and install this version of Aerosoft One: https://cdnone.aerosoft.com/client/AerosoftOneSetup0_12_9_CrashFix.exe If this is working properly, you can just use it until we fully release a new version with it. If not, please open up a ticket here and send us your Aerosoft One log file, which can be found at "C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Roaming\Aerosoft One\logs".
