Turnable knobs don't give a sound on every twist; Battery Master does not give the correct sounds on first time flicking to on

Do note I have downloaded this from SimMarket and not from the Aerosoft website. I do not know if this will have anything to do with it. I checked using ASU but it said It was fully updated. This is the same thing even with an emptied community folder. Tried reinstalling it as well. The second time I turn the battery master is how It should sound. Heading bug, speed bugs etc should have sounds everytime they spin not every 500th time. I've heard the sound issue is with a lot of people but I am not sure about the battery master sound.. Any help?
