What happened thereafter? (Solved? Workaround?) The issue was not an issue but some bad key bindings. What controler do you use? I have the logitech G x56 HOTAS and the left throttle axis was assigned to mixture (so when I set that to idle/reduced the engine shutdown). I disabled it and it worked!
