I purchased the A330 a while ago from Simmarket. However, I am trying to figure out why when I try to update it, it says to download the new installer from the shop. Where is that located? Thanks for your time.

Only smaller updates are done through the ASUpdater. For major updates you have to do what the updater tells you: download the latest full installer from the shop where you bought it, which is for you simmarket.

Is that to reinstall the A330? I believe it came with the package. Thanks. 

Yes, if a new full installer for the A330 is available, you have to uninstall the old version and do a fresh install.
