Aerosoft One issue !

Hello ,

 

I just bought three Airports from Aerosoft shop .

I have downloaded Aerosoft's One Application in order to Continue with my Installation , but It Does not Open !

I tried several times ( I even disabled my Antivirus ) but Nothing happens !

It tries to Open but it never does !

Could you please check and advice me what to do .

Hmm, what should we check? AO starts normal here.

I assume that you downloaded the zipfile, unzipped it to a temporary folder and installed AO correctly.

If so, did you get an error message?

Have you checked the Windows Eventviewer vor an entry?

What AV software are you using and did you try to completely disable it?

Yes I have !

No error Message !

I am Using Panda Antivirus . Yes i fully Disabled it .

The application starts up to the point were it says please Wait and then Nothing happens !!

 

Windows eventviewer ... hmmm Not sure what to look for here !!

I get an error the last 24 hours  :  Critical 41 Kernel-Power error  Log : System .

I also received a warning error , please see below .

Got It !!

 

I managed  to run the Application Successfuly Not from the Desktop but from the Location that it was Installed in my PC !!

Maybe the One on my Desktop was Corrupt !! No idea !

Glad to see the issue got resolved.

 

Can you maybe send us the Aerosoft One log file,

as it might contain valuable information for us regarding this issue?

 

If so, you can send it to me either via forum DM or by opening a ticket here.

 

You can find your log file in Aerosoft One via "Settings > Contact Support > Show Log-File".

Hello,

 

Aerosoft One was locked inside an update loop for some reason.

Strangely, the log shows that you were using Aerosoft One just fine (it even updated to the newest version 0.12.0) 2 days ago.

But after starting it again, it was back to version 0.10.1 and locked inside an update loop trying to update to version 0.12.0 again.

 

Did you reinstall Aerosoft One before the issue occurred?

 

Actually: After having a look at your screenshot, it appears you always started the setup from your desktop, which reinstalls Aerosoft One.

You are absolutely right !

I always start the application from my desktop ( I did not notice that i Reinstall Aerosoft One again and again ) !

I am doing this once a day just to check whether or not there are any Updates to download ! I never had any issues until yesterday !

 

I have send to desktop the Aerosoft One appl. from the place it was located in my PC and now it works fine !
