OMSI2 Starts up with Die verbindung wurde erfolgreich geschlossen (The connection was successfully closed)

Hi, recently reinstalled my OMSI2 to my PC (after it had a factory reset) and it loads up with Die verbindung wurde erfolgreich geschlossen (The connection was successfully closed). I'm not too sure what to do.

I've tried to verify the integrity of games files through steam and it did have something it needed to install again which it did now says everything is good.
I've tried to reinstall it, still the same issue.
I have found it works when the internet is off on my pc it works, but ideally, I want it to work regardless.
