Marcel1969 0
Hi all Is it normal that the honeycomb throttle is not visible in FSX control menu? Or in FSUIPC? I installed the HC configurator loaded and activated a profile but no result. In the add on tab a honeycomb tab is visible but when i click on the item nothing happens. The Throttle is visible in the hardware menu of win 10. So what is wrong Best regards Marcel Please login to display this image.

Aerosoft SimWare 730 Posted October 20, 2021 Aerosoft Share Posted October 20, 2021 Hi Marcel, Is there any USB hub in use on your computer ? If it works with your laptop, but not on your computer, try to disconnect every USB devices and hubs except the keyboard and the mouse, then plug the Bravo. Your USB power supply may be overloaded. Best regards.
Marcel1969 0
Honeycomb is working well after a new installation of win 10. Looks like the hHoneycomb doesn't work if some win 10 update are installed.
Aerosoft SimWare 730 Posted October 22, 2021 Aerosoft Share Posted October 22, 2021 Hi Marcel, The Honeycomb are standard USB devices and even work with previous Windows version (altough the driver won't) It may be that your USB bus system has been messed up. This may be useful in case the issue happens again : https://www.anyrecover.com/external-device-recovery-data/usb-reset/ Best regards.
