Aerosoft SimWare 729 Posted October 8, 2021 Aerosoft Share Posted October 8, 2021 Basic Honeycomb Bravo throttle lights setup with the MSFS Aerosoft Twin Otter This tutorial shows the exterior lights assignments of the Aerosoft Twin Otter. We will use the rocker (toggle) switches of the Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant. Note that these assignments are however quite generic and can be easly used with other USB input devices. NOTE : Some extra (less important) lights can also be interfaced, but as these lights only use the "toggle" functions, only momentary pushbuttons could be used. We will cover the 5 most used and important lights : - Strobe lights - Taxi lights - Landing lights - Navigation lights - Beacon lights This is almost a one-step only procedure : Goto OPTIONS -> CONTROLS OPTIONS Select LIGHTS -> EXTERIOR LIGHTS Make the assignments as illustrated below : Please login to display this image. Otto Groschenbügel 34
Since MSFS doesn‘t allow to link controller profiles to certain planes, I prefer FSUIPC for it. Works fine with Honeycomb!
Transair27 90
Can I also assume that the HC Alpha works with the same assignments as all my lights are on that device. I guess so....same principles
