UPDATER does not see A320/321

Hi everybody , I followed aerosoft updater to reinstall aircrafts but after this my A320/321 in red,I reinstall them as administrator. I had this stack before as I remember the problem was in xml files. I browse them other place, now can not find how to do this..

Yes uninstalled previous one then installed new version

Do you have this file?
C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\Documents\Aerosoft\ASUpdater\Products\as_a320_a321_prof.xml

Them are okay , reinstall did not help, any other idea? I really stack over that

Yes i download last one version, with updater request

as_a320_a321_prof.xml

So you downloaded the A32x Pro with the 1.4.3 installer, uninstallled the old version and installed the new version?

In this case I suggest:

- unistall the A32x

- check that the xml got deleted, if not delete it manually

- reinstall the A32x
