Hydralic Pump Failures Triggered in the Failuers

This is really an old one but as I can't see any fixes in ver 3 I'll bring it up here.

Hydralic Pump Failures is launched by the Failures section during startup or preflight, but not every time.
See picture

And if I uncheck it in the list of Failures it comes back 0-2 times until I take off.

E.g. Sometimes when you load a flight with the engines going it starts moving as Pbrakes doesn't work with this hydr failures launched.  
So then I quickly have to go to the Aircraft-Failure section, recheck the items, return and set the Pbrake.
Or maybe you noticed that the trim doesn't work.
