AUTO/MAN switch on INS stuck in AUTO and only moves up and down (Test).

I tried to move the position with the mouse (click and weel)  but could not do it. It only moves to do the test.

Could you tell me how to move it please?

After you set the aircraft in Cold & Dark state, directly try to click beside that switch.
If you do it sometime later, it won't move.
