Hi mate, I know how annoying this can be for you. Sometimes re-requesting the service solves this, but what happens here is that the jetway animations used so far are obsolete and not fully compatible with SIM UPDATE 5, and ASOBO has not yet provided a standard animation template for use in custom jetways, and this must be so because MSFS does not support custom animations.
