Can't control pitch down

So first sign of something being wrong that at the Checklist in the sidestick part, it doesn't recognize the pull down event.

Then, I'm on final for runway 2 in Brussels (it can be any runway, the pitch down never works) and I disconnect autopilot to manually land.

but then: I can't control the elevators to go down inorder to reduce the pitch, but i can control pitch up. It's nothing with the pitch trim, i can even do 4 Downwards and nothing really changes, it does pitch a bit down but then it goes full way to stall again.

 

Please help, i have this in every flight with that plane.

What is shown at F/CTL pitch trim?

Had that too and I found out that there was an elev/pitch assignment on my view buttons for my side stick.
