I would also add

System specs to include video drivers.

 

In short give AS all the bullets they need to fight a battle.  If all you say is "The CRJ APU won't turn on and all my other aircraft have working APU's" that means nothing.  You should not even care what you other aircraft are doing or not doing.  Would you ever call a mechanic and tell them "my car won't work, my other car does, how do I fix it?"
