omnia762 0
Hello, I just bought the AS A330 recently I have GSX L1 and L2 installed but I do not seem to get any boarding services. I updated my GSX and nothing happens when I request any GSX service I dont even have an aircraft configuration file for GSX to place in my %appdata% folder. Any help please would be appreciated Thanks
DaveCT2003 2553
The best thing to do is reach out to the developer of GSX since that is the product you are having issues with. Best wishes my friend!

Best wishes my friend! According to their forums, the A330 is not supported out of the box by GSX. There is a file that is placed in the appdata folder that contains and config for the A330 that should be recognized. Do you know if this file exists on the AS forums? omnia762 0
The proper question to ask is how do I use GSX on the A330. FSDT have confirmed to me that my GSX is working fine and is recognizing the A330 I cannot get any services to start.
Deputy Sheriffs masterhawk 799 Posted June 22, 2021 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted June 22, 2021 The Airbus series is fully integrated with GSX. To use GSX pushback, you have to set GSX services in the options MCDU. To be able to use debording/refueling/boarding you have to set the desired values in the options MCDU and start the GSX services via the GSX menu.
