Can't log in

Hello,

I have two different Aerosoft Shop Accounts. As of today, I can no longer log in. Despite the correct password, it is not possible to log in because the password is wrong. When I reset my password, I did not receive an email. These are two different mailboxes from two different providers. There is also no e-mail in the spam folder. I ask for help.
