Saitek Pro Flight Throttle Quadrant Thrust Reverse Problem

Hello all,

 

I have saitek pro flight system. Although I have done everything in the guide, I cannot open my throttle reverse. Set to hold down the RX button. In the settings, the throttle hardware is not selected, but reverse does not work.

 

Update.  I also assigned the Reverse command to the keyboard, but reverse did not work on the keyboard.  I could not run reverse with the key.
