Honeycomb Bravo Throttle issues with Levers 1 & 2

Recommended Posts

Installed BTQ plus BT Configurator with P3Dv4+

Options/Controls/Axis assignment/Throttle1+Throttle2 checked.

In a 2-engine aircraft moving just Throttle1 makes Throttle2 moves in opposite way

Saitek Flight Control System X52 ailerons & elevator don't work.

Tks for help

Newbie with Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant and BT Configurator.

Watched a SIMHANGER video about configuring BTQ in P3Dv4.5 and made 2 profiles (1 & 2 props with throttle, propeller and mixture accordingly)

There is an issue between Levers 1 & 2. Moving just Lever 1 works fine but moving Lever 2 makes Lever 1 moves opposite!!!

Don't know what to do and really need help badly

Tks

Hi Eduardo,

please refrain from double posting about the same issue. All this does is taking us more time to do forum housekeeping and not being able to help you.

We do not touch the axis with our HC tool, so you either have a hardware issue outside P3Dv4 (check via Windows control panel, if the axis are moving correctly independently and also do a calibration there):

or you have some double binding in your P3Dv4 controller setting (e.g. with FSUIPC, LINDA, SPAD.nExt etc.) that is interfering.

Tried something else:

changed Throttle 1 to Lever 2 &  Throttle 2 in Lever 3 and got these results:

1) when T1 reaches max forward it comes back to idle

2) when T1 reaches idle it goes max forward

Keeping T1 slightly above idle AND below max forward it works fine

TRIED BFC_Throttle - Reload Bindings => IT WORKED and now T1 works just fine => it seems that my trouble was that I hadn't tried BFC_Throttle - Reload Bindings

Went back to axis assignment, changed everything and now every lever works wonderfully

Since I'm a newbie and the some issue could happen with others newbies I decided to maintain this post and explaining what happened to me describing it in Red, Green and Blue

Hi Eduardo,

have you also tried running the windows calibration for the Bravo? The marked "Calibrate" button in my screenshot?

I'm glad it works now, Eduardo. Have fun with your Bravo.
