I posted two in depth video demos of the safety check and originating check for the CRJ 700 aircraft. I flew the aircraft for almost 5 years before moving on to another airline 2 years ago. I haven't flown the aircraft in the past 2 years but I do my best to explain the systems and procedures/flows from memory. Here are the links to the videos.
