P3d v5 hangs, as soon as flight attendant is ringing at the door (A330 pro)

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I don't know, if someone already has reported this issue, but everytime, when I start a flight with the A330 professional, everything goes well. Taxiing, takeoff and so on. Except, when the doorchime goes and the purser / flight attendant is going to bring coffee. Then, my sim stops responding and I can not do anything else. I tried to ignore the purser, for I do not need coffee on a flight from TNCM to TNCC, but she gets angry with me and stops my sim anyhow.

Please, can someone help me, for I really enjoy flying the A330 and want to complete a flight with it. :D

Kind regards,

Stefan.

Hallo Stefan,

das Problem was du schilderst ist vollkommen unbekannt. Die erste Meldung oben deutet auf ein Ressourcenproblem hin (Microsoft-Windows-Resource-Exhaustion-Detector).

Die 2. Meldung stellt überhaupt keinen Kontext zum Flugsimulator her.

Bitte lass mal das Tool im Anhang laufen und poste das Ergebnis. Vielleicht liefert das nähere Erkenntnisse.

OK, we are getting closer:

1. Open the A330 configurator and uncheck "Force ECAM Software Rendering"

2. There are 3 processes running in parallel: P3D, PFPX, and Aivlasoft. What happens when you stop PFPX and Aivlasoft before running P3D?

I will check that later on. PFPX is possible for me to stop. Aivlasoft I need for my charts. Will try to put it on another pc, just as PFPX, in a couple of days.

Will be in touch asap.

Thanx for the help and your patience. :D

I think, I found the problem. It is in my TNCM-scenery. Always, when I start at TNCM / SXM, I get problems with P3d (and the AS-A330). Now I am flying from EDDC to EHAM and I suffer no problems at all. (yet). Aivlasoft is running PFPX was turned off by me.

Hi Otto,

The problem is solved. I reconfigured my TNCM-scenery and now everything goes well. Except steering during taxi. I've tried everything. On day 1, planed kept turning left. After some "stuntwork", problem was solved. Next time the problem is back. TCA is turned off, tiller and auto rudder are both turned off too. 😢

Can you help me with this too, please?

Kind regards,

Stefan.
