DeltaRomeo1957 0
Flying an instrument approach into EGTE via the EX transition approaching from the East, the AP successfully follows the track through EX, D113D but then turns right instead of left eventually headin back towards FF26 but at the wrong angle, resulting in a failure to capture the glide slope. I've tried the same approach in a stock Daher TBM930 and the approach track is followed correctly. Please login to display this image.
DeltaRomeo1957 0
Just to clarify the initial approach is from the East and the aircraft turns to cross EX then through D113D at which point the right turn occurs instead of a left turn.. JRBarrett 675
I flew this approach and confirm that the aircraft turns the wrong direction for the teardrop entry to intercept the localizer, even though the turn is correctly depicted on the MFD. Reported to our bug tracker.
