Two quick questions How to save a PFPX flight plan into the CRJ FMS and clearing a 'Delete' from the scratchpad

I have read numerous threads but I cannot get it to work.

 

I create a PFPX flight plan on my client then save to the folder for flight plans. Not positive of the correct folder. I did try a recommendation to type the flight plan name in the scratch pad but I now assume that is for simbrief?

 

I have no problem entering the flightplan manually using airways but wonder if there is a way to enter the whole flight plan.

 

If the flight plan I enter in the route is not found I have not figured out how to cleanly and quickly delete the 'DELETE'. Trial and error right now for me. Thank you in advance.
