Decrease Throttle doesn't work. Reducing throttle results in stuck throttle on climb.

My joystick does not work with the decrease throttle keybind. My joystick does not have an axis, and the issue I am running into is that the decrease throttle button gets stuck on climb. I am not able to reduce throttle below climb. How can I fix this?

 

To further explain, when I hold "decrease throttle" button on my joystick, the throttle will actually decrease the throttle if it's in the 0-50% position, but oddly it will increase throttle if it's past the 50% position. This makes no sense and seems to be a bug. Makes it almost impossible to control the throttle.

 

EDIT: I was able to solve this issue with the throttle calibration.

The same happens when using keyboard to use throttle, but when i try to decrease throttle, it increases...
