NavDataUpdate Fehlermelddung bei Update

Hallo, ich bin neu hier, arbeite mich seit ein paar Wochen am Aerosoft-Airbus A320/21 ab (FSX, Win10). Kann mir jemand bei folgendem Problem helfen: Ich habe heute NavDataPro gekauft - Jahresabo mit vier Updates. Alles lief gut, Download, Registrierung. Bei der Aktualisierung der Datensätze für meinen Airbus A320/321 (Cycle V2101) dann die Fehlermeldung "Sie sind nicht berechtigt die neue Version der Navigations-Daten runterzuladen. Prüfen Sie bitte Ihre Benutzerkonto-Daten".  Email und Seriennummer im Benutzerkonto-Fenster stimmen, die weiteren Felder sind aber leer (ausgegraut).

Habe alles mögliche probiert, Navdata neu installiert, natürlich als Admin, verschiedene Installationsordner ausprobiert (jetzt wieder "...\Microsoft Flight Simulator\aerosoft...", Windows Defender ausgeschaltet - alles ohne Erfolg. Kann mir jemand helfen? Danke!

Du hast die Seriennummer wahrscheinlich per Cut&Paste eingefügt. Daher überprüfe mal ob vorne oder am Ende ein Lerzeichen ist.

Und da das nichts mit dem Airbus zu tun hat, verschiebe ich es in das richtige Forum

Danke! Aber dss hab ich drei mal kontrolliert, die Seriennummer stimmt - ohne Leerzeichen.

Dass ich im falschen Forum war, tut mir leid. Ich bin neu hier - nächstens pass ich besser auf!
