Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted February 6, 2021 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted February 6, 2021 IMHO this got nothing to do with the scenery. Should depend on the navdata available in the sim.
christian1974 130
The main question would be whether there are any procedures for such large airliners. No idea if an A320 can land and take off there. I think Binter only flies over there with a small Dash or ATR and then only on sight The runway has a maximum of 1500m. That shouldn't be enough for an A320 ... Landing maybe but not taking off just had a look. no arrival procedures. neither in navdatapro nor in navigraph. Developer OPabst 2091 Posted February 6, 2021 Developer Share Posted February 6, 2021 It depends on the data source and where the data are used to be readed. The Navdata of Gomera are not existing by Lufthansa Lido, as non of there customers is flying into Gomera. How it is handled by other Providers, specialy used for the database of MSFS I can‘t say, but it is possible that they are not existing. The scenery has the runway in the Airport Data and is not excluding anything regarding Navdata‘s from the underlaying default files. But, as there are no ILS or other Approaches Instruments existing (only a VOR is beside the runway and used to orientation) the System of a Airbus, which has no clearance to land there, will maybe not able to handle this airport. But it is nothing the scenery can change or handle, as Otto already correct stated before. Flying per Hand is the way to this airport
