'ND log file could not be generated!'

I keep getting a 'ND log file could not be generated!'  every time I try to load the A330. This wouldn't be that big of an issue until you load into the sim where it results in horrendously low fps and I looked at about 7 other threads and couldn't figure out how to fix it, any help?

My a330 is installed to

D:\Games\p3d\Prepar3D v5 Add-ons (not root this is a seperate dir on my hdd)

My p3d is installed to

D:\Games\Prepar3D v5

My documents folder is

C:\Users\name\Documents\Aerosoft

I am the only user and I have full administrator privileges on this system, so it is most likely not an issue regarding permissions and my user has the "full control" permission on every folder listed above.

The first message gives you a hint where to look.

And you used the correct installer for the A330? there are separate ones for v4 and v5.

Before someone asks, yes the path is correct. C:\Users\Documents is a shortcut to the D:\Games\p3d\Prepared 3D v5 addons folder where the 330 is installed, i tried to mess with the cfg to get it to work.

Ok, please try to place the A330 at the top of the list package number 0.

Your secon add-on.cfg is messed up.

Otbx vector should be package 0 in that file. And remove the Chinese signs.

Path and Title is important.

Solution: Add the Title.

This is a bit of a problem of P3D that it allows the add-ons.cfg in parallel in 2 different locations. our Bus and most other add-ons use the one under c:\ProgramData and there the title is needed. IF an add-on can not write to that file it uses the other one. In your case the strange characters prevented the installer to write to this add-ons.cfg.

Very odd indeed, thanks for the help!
