_{Hi! I bought this product}

_{HiFi Technologies - Active Sky XP, And after downloading and installing it right away, accessing the program to configure my email and password gives error!}

 

_{Follow here two prints of the problem .. I request a help}

 

_{I have access to the Site with my login and password, but not entering Acitve Sky Xp !!}

Hello Andre,

 

here a short description for the use of the ID and the passwords...:

 

In order to register with ASXP, the supplied serial number and the order number must be entered (Order Number = License Order ID).
You can find them in your Aerosoft account when downloading the addon:
https://www.aerosoft.com/en/flugsimulation/xplane-11/ (My Account).
Same login details as when buying.
Then click on "Instant downloads." There you will find the serial number (= license key).
Best to use with "copy and paste". There must be no mistake.
Under "Orders" you will find your order number for Active Sky (= Licence Order ID).
This also you have to enter exactly.

 

If this will not work, only HiFi can help with the keys:

We (Aerosoft) don't have access to the key databases.

it is strange I did all that you mentioned, even so without success!

 

it seems that I'm the novice in this thing kkk, but I'm not saw !!
