I bought this product HiFi Technologies - Active Sky XP, And after downloading and installing it right away, accessing the program to configure my email and password gives error! Follow here two prints of the problem .. I request a help I have access to the Site with my login and password, but not entering Acitve Sky Xp !! Administrator Heinz Flichtbeil 1609 Posted December 31, 2020 Administrator Share Posted December 31, 2020 Hello Andre, here a short description for the use of the ID and the passwords...: In order to register with ASXP, the supplied serial number and the order number must be entered (Order Number = License Order ID). You can find them in your Aerosoft account when downloading the addon: https://www.aerosoft.com/en/flugsimulation/xplane-11/ (My Account). Same login details as when buying. Then click on "Instant downloads." There you will find the serial number (= license key). Best to use with "copy and paste". There must be no mistake. Under "Orders" you will find your order number for Active Sky (= Licence Order ID). This also you have to enter exactly. If this will not work, only HiFi can help with the keys: http://support.hifitechinc.com/ We (Aerosoft) don't have access to the key databases.
