A330 Professional Radio Malfunction

Dear Mr Kok,

 

I think I have the same problem as fernandito1669 reported today.

 

I'd  like to add same informations for this problem:
At the moment the PRO-ATC -X becomes active the ATIS- frequency automatically has been set to the left display of the radio panel
and the ATIS-report is transmitting.  That means the connection PRO-ATC and A330 should work correct.
On the right display of the radio panel the frequency of the "Clearance" is already preset. But when I activate this frequency
(shift to the left display) and try to request the clearance I get no answer.
Without clearance PRO-ATC cannot reach the next program step and the flight must be stopped.

This is not a malfunction of PRO-ATC because with A320/321 and A318/19 all works perfect and before the third from last update also
A330 was working ok.

PRO-ATC-X       1.9.2.5
A 330                  1.0.3.2
