Support is not answering my emails

I have contacted Aerosoft's customer service via email about 7 days ago about an Issue I have with a product and it seems like support is non-exsitant.

I forgot to mention that I contacted Aerosoft's customer service because I wanted to return an item (Airbus quadrant) and had a few questions about it but I'm not getting any answers.

Did you recieve an automatic response which included a ticket number or something similar? If yes, could you post it here please?

1) No, I didn't get an automatic response which included a ticket number.
2) I have checked my spam folder and did not get an email there.

3) That is really odd that you haven't gotten an email from me, I don't mind trying to send it again if so.
