Aerosoft A330 Prepar3D V5.1 Install Disappeared

Hello all,

 

My A330 was working fine up until installing Aerosoft Geneva tonight in Prepar3D V5. Now the aircraft has completely disappeared from the simulator. It is installed on the PC but doesn't show up in Prepar3D. I've tried un-installing and re-installing to no avail. 

 

In the Aerosoft Updater when I click on the A330 Pro V5 this is the log:

 

"Regular as well as experimental updates are available for installation

Prepar3D 5.x (5.1.8.26742) found: (F:\Prepar3D V5\)
Prepar3D 4.x (4.5.14.34698) found: (F:\Prepar3D V4\)

 folder does not exist!

I am totally confused what has happened. Does anybody have any ideas? I love flying the A330 but it is presently broken.

And do you see the product installed in  F:\P3D V5 Addons\Aerosoft A330 Pro V5
And are you sure you did not disable the add-on in P3D?
