wello 0 Posted November 4, 2020 Share Posted November 4, 2020 Hello, The following problems occur when installing the SAM Basis Plugin via SAM2Suite: The download is complete, the installation is taking an unusually long time and will not finish. The following information is displayed: Established: 2.1.2 Available: 2.1.2 The button shows hourglass with "Installing" The scale always shows 0%. This is a known issue and can be solved by a workaround, namely a clean installation of your SAM folder: Move your SAM folder ("X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/SAM") to your desktop so there is no SAM folder in the plugins folder Start SAM Suite and download latest Plugin, it should work now From your backup SAM folder located at your desktop ("Desktop/SAM/lib") copy back all libraries - except SAM_Library - into your new SAM installation ("X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/SAM/lib") If you don't have any extensions installed or don't mind to redownload them again you can also just delete your SAM folder instead of moving it to your desktop.
