EKOTAMIKE 0
Installed P3DV5.1 and have lost my NavDataPro updated cycles. I am using QW787 which does not show in the NavDataPro available aircraft list for P3d. Anybody know a fix for this?
Deputy Sheriffs Tom A320 4915 Posted October 30, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted October 30, 2020 Do you still have the "Qualitywings" folder below your P3Dv5 folder? Prepar3D v5\Qualitywings\Navdata\
EKOTAMIKE 0
Yes Tom. Nothing changed with folder locations with the new install.
Deputy Sheriffs Tom A320 4915 Posted October 31, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted October 31, 2020 Well, the NavDataPro client is not linked at all to your P3Dv5.1 installation (beside the export folder configuration of course). So I guess, you simply have some wrong filter configuration in your NavDataPro client. Just select "All" simulators (1), QW from the developer selection (2), select your add-on (3) and make sure to set the correct export folder (4). Please login to display this image. EKOTAMIKE 0
Thanks Tom. You are correct, I was looking in the "Prepare3D folder" in the Navdatapro app instead of using the main screen like your example shows and re-directing the path to my P3Dv5.1 folder. I checked it it in the simm and it looks ok now. I did not think to use the FSX version of QW787. Thanks again for the heads up. Mike
