disco79stu 38
Hi guys, on the SODE download page, there are two links for EDDM, but both lead to exactly the same website, where I can download only one version. Please login to display this image. Is it still the correct SODE version for the latest version of EDDM? Thanks
disco79stu 38
... because when I use this version and activate it, it seems that the non-SODE jetways are also still there, I get strange double-getways on every position: Please login to display this image. Deputy Sheriffs Tom A320 4915 Posted October 11, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted October 11, 2020 What version of Munich do you have currently installed? You can check by running "AS Updater" from the Windows start menu.

disco79stu 38
Okay, solved it, at least I think. I set the file EDDM_LIB-Jetways.bgl to .OFF by hand, now I don't have any double jetways anymore.
Developer OPabst 2091 Posted October 11, 2020 Developer Share Posted October 11, 2020 Please don’t rename files manuel. When it is not replace with the SODE-ON job, you dont stop the sim or have not wait long enough, that it is fully stoppt
disco79stu 38
Well, I ran the "SODE-ON.BAT" and it said that it activated SODE successfully. It in fact did, but as described above, it didn't remove the other/standard jetways. Running SODE-OFF successfully deactivates SODE. Could it be that it has to run as Admin, maybe in order to rename/remove some files?
disco79stu 38
Okay, there is something strange here. Running the BAT gave me this: Drücken Sie eine beliebige Taste . . . Zugriff verweigert Zugriff verweigert 0 Datei(en) kopiert. 1 Datei(en) kopiert. 52 Datei(en) kopiert SODE Jetways activated! Drücken Sie eine beliebige Taste . . . Running it with Admin rights gave me this: C:\Windows\system32>echo off Stop P3D if running and please WAIT until the P3D Program is fully unloaded!!! Drücken Sie eine beliebige Taste . . . Das System kann den angegebenen Pfad nicht finden. Datei *.* nicht gefunden 0 Datei(en) kopiert SODE Jetways activated! Drücken Sie eine beliebige Taste . . . ??? disco79stu 38
Okay, I think I really solved it now! Because the EDDM-installer didn't let me install the scenery into the default (P3Dv5-documents) location (for whatever stupid reason), I chose a different folder on my HD. This folder however didn't have universal read/write-rights. So I permitted all users to have full rights to the scenery folder of EDDM and voila: The BAT window didn't show "Zugriff verweigert" anymore and apparently was able to change the necessary files and the jetways were substituted correctly. Why this didn't work with simply running the BAT as admin I do not know. Cheers, Stu
