It also contains the not required parts. Mine is also working fine and I now load the default.xml via autogenconfigurtionmerger.

Be sure to extrat all files into a folder. The included zip funtion of windows explorer let you accesss the zip, but you need to extract the content, else the installer won't work.

The hotfix deleted the SODE files related to the jetways....
I'm attaching the two files VDGS/non VDGS - just download the one you need and move it into C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml

We will ask Aerosoft on Monday to fix it.

Drs_llbg-jetway-vdgs.xml 35.03 kB · 24 downloads Drs_llbg-jetway-NO-vdgs.xml 15.09 kB · 13 downloads

Oh, the updater moved the folder "Ben Gurion 2 sode jetway options" from
C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml
to
C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE

So with this xml, the autogen problem is solved or do I habe to do something else with the Autogen folder?

Kind Regards

Patrick

Yep, Aerosoft will fix it all during the week, sorry for that

I can’t get gsx jetways to work it’s working on sode but rather the gsx

My SODE jetway is much more accurate to the real jetway in LLBG so I don't have any reason to put option for replace by GSX jetway but... you can do it your self by removing in the SODE XML folder

I just try to give some remarks on the issue that I notice here. personally it was a long tension day but I'm pleased  from the result and that the problem isn't something that I and Amos that help me with "bureaucracy" such as XML's

I shell try tomorrow MASTERHAWK xml at first only in the main "Mega Airport Ben Gurion V4"

the ILS30 solved by deleting the ILS30 from LLJR this airport dose not   exist in real but LM did not remove it from the sim! in real the ILS30 instrument  moved from the LLJR to rwy30 in LLBG so in the sim we have two.

as for SODE  jetway and SODE VDGS that looks and works great in my opinion. it will be solved so users could chose for an empty board  that can be edited (as a choice) with GSX or so

OK my English is a bit funny and that the reason  that it's better for me to keep silence and get help from Amos :)

Thanks

David

Hi David,

could you check the SODE VDGS implementation. At some gates they do not indicate at all, at some gates (e.g. C8) they indicate STOP already very far out from the final position.

I copied the VDGS xml in place.

Depends...
My system is configured and running autogenconfigurationmerger since years. All I had to do was editing the xml like above (+ removing the Addon.Component section "autogen") and adding a "autogen" folder inside the existing autogen folder, where I placed the default.xml. No, idea if LM fixed the problem with v5, that's why I use ACM. It worked for me since v4.

But if you don't run ACM, wait until an offical update/solution.

Anyway to get gsx jetways going I’m only getting the standard sode ones

Remove LLBG sode xml from the programdata sode XML folder

move gsx ini from the folder inside the Aerosoft scenery to the LLBG\scenery folder

I believe the autogen entry is the best most compatible way to work I do not use the autogenconfiguration merger due to past conflicts with Orbx

Ok, I will do. In the meantime you might check the one I mentioned : "at some gates (e.g. C8) they indicate STOP already very far out from the final position."  Type of aircraft is FSLabs A320, it usually works fine with VDGS.

Interestingly, here one can see the VDGS at LLBG in action. Bit strange it was uploaded at "funny video", but doesn´t matter : https://funny-video-online.com/watch/o5z2m3q4p4v353f5n2c4j4.html

Can you please copy both files into the LLBG\Scenery folder and test that ILS30 is working as it should be?

LLJR_ADEP4_D.bgl 8 kB · 16 downloads LLJR_ADEP4_D_OBJ.bgl 2 kB · 16 downloads

The ILS30 is working fine now.

But now there are some trees on the apron:

Sure? I checked the ini, there are only pushbacks defined and no jetways.

In my file all 3 components have the same layer, so I will wait for the fix.
