If you are very sure to have entered the correct key for the A350 then only FlightFactor can reset the key. This we (Aerosoft) cannot do. Sorry for that. In this case please open a ticket with FlightFactor: https://tickets.flightfactor.aero/ Fill in ALL fields! This usually works fast.
