Der neue MS-Flightsimulator hatte schwere Mängel.

I am not sure what you exactly are talking about sir, but if you feel the simulator has issues I suggest discussing that with Microsoft.
Reviewers do not agree with you however. A 93 at https://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/microsoft-flight-simulator?ref=hp is an extremely good score.

Dann wende dich bitte an Microsoft. Der MSFS ist  nicht von Aerosoft entwickelt worden. Und die Art und Weise wie die Installation per DVD abzulaufen hat ist ebenfalls von Microsoft festgelegt worden.

Ich versteh zwar deinen Frust, bitte dich aber zu bedenke, dass die Installation für zigtausende von Anwendern ohne Probleme verläuft.

Ich habe nicht die DVD Version installiert, sondern die Downloadversion vom MS Store und auch diese lief bei mir nicht rund, bis nach dem Lesen der MSFS Supportseite bestimmte einfache Schritte durchgeführt habe.
