However, after purchasing the item, I didn't receive a serial number and i can't activate the plugin. I am only 10 years old and i am very frustrated. I also saved up $19.90 to buy this item. If you're running steam before starting X-Plane, it will automatically activate SAM without any user input required. If you still see the activation window it means the plugin wasn't able to find either a valid purchase for the current steam user or steam is not running at all. If you send us your Steam ID we can check our database to ensure that the store has transmitted your purchase correctly. Please follow the tutorial carefully: Select "View my profile" in your steam application Copy the web URL Paste the web URL into this webpage Send us the Steam64 ID" The Steam64 ID with your problem description send to Stairport Sceneries.
