Unable to Launch Aerosoft Updater

Hi All,

 

im having issue with Aerosoft Updater and Fuel planner.

 

1) Updater = it wont launch even after i reinstall multiple times.

2) Fuel Planner = Error Unhandle exception.

 

Appreciate if someone guide me how to properly solve this issue because it annoys me that i have spend almost 2 hours doing this but it yet to be solved.
