There is only one fuelplanner for all Buses:
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3XX Fuel Planner\Aerosoft.AirbusX.FuelPlanner.exe

The A330 isn't an option in the drop down.

Then your installtion of the Buses is outdated.

Run the ASUpdater, it tells you on which version you are and whether there are updates available. Then act accordingly.

It shows this: Installed version: 1.0.2.1

OK, the problem is that you Documents folder is linked to OneDrive, which is known to cause tons of problems.

- Uninstall all you buses

- unlink your documents folder from OneDrive

- create a folder outside P3D, like ..\P3D Addons

- reinstall and point the installer to this folder
