CTD with wing anti ice in a320 professional

Recommended Posts

I was performing a flight from hegn to heca with a321 egyptair. When I switch wing anti ice and eng ant ice I get CTD.

In the event viewer I found faulty module mo20win32client.dll

I don’t understand what p3d v4.5 has to do with office 2016. The error is recorded several times. This happened everytime I press anti ice.
I had flight recorder replay connected to my sim.

Is this behavior repeatable? I am unable to recreate it.

Yes this happened every time I switched wing anti ice. I did some internet search on the error mso20win32client. dll.
It seems that updating microsoft office might resolve the problem. I will update it tonight and report back the results to you.

As expected the problem was resolved after updating microsoft office.
But still don’t understand what does office have to do with p3d?
