Shop/Purchase Issue

Trying to purchase the Airbus A320 family using a credit card. Enter all the information, then after a few flashing screen brings me back to the purchasing page, no errors.

Any ideas? Is the credit card system working?

He didnt ask you whether you have credit, but how the card is secured. Mastercard calls it Identity Check, Visa calls it Visa Secure.

Yes, it's a secured Chase Visa. Purchasing goes to a VISA check screen then jumps to Aerosoft and puts me right back at the screen to enter my card number again without any message or error.

2. restart the browser

3. Place the order again
