stevieshae 1
So all my aircraft have loaded for example PMDG and the 787 that are in the base folder, however after searching, re installing everything the correct way(I have to use my D drive as my C drive is full) I am having issues with any aircraft including the Aerosoft Airbuses not loading in P3D V4.5 and im about to pull my hair out.. Deleted the folders, did a complete reinstall according to each Developer and Lockheed's posts. I am still stuck with only aircraft in the P3D SimObjects folder. I would really appreciate if someone could help. I would greatly Appreciate it. Steve

Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted June 26, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted June 26, 2020 OK, at least you have the correct version. P3Dv4 allows to install addons, supporting the so called add-on.xml methode, in any folder outside P3D. All latest Aerosoft Addons support this procedure. So what you should do: - uninstall the Bus(es) and remove an remaining files/folders - create a folder like d:\P3D Addons - run the installer and point the installer when asking for the installation path to this folder - do not install anywhere inside the P3D folder! Additionally the installer creates a folder automatically under c:\users\YOURNAME\Documents\Aerosft. This folder contains generic ata used by all Buses. IF your P3D installtion is correct, you should then see the Buses in P3D. No need to do anything manually!
Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4162 Posted June 26, 2020 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted June 26, 2020 Looking at you screenshot: X-Plane doenst matter in this case. But it looks like that your P3D insatllation is broken, as the exe is not where it should be.
