Hi ı bought  PMDG 737 NGX Expansion Pack 600/700 for P3D V4 in your website and ı dont now why ı am waiting for process of my product ı paid money but ı cant take product

Things like these are best discussed by E-Mail as personal data and payment data will be needed which should never be posted in public.
Chances are that maybe something went wrong with the payment, etc.

I think a little more patience is not to much to ask for in this case.

Also one ticket would be fine, no need for three plus a forum post. We have 92% customer satisfaction to rest assured we will sort this out.

And btw we did NOT 'take your money' as you did a 'press order' that is not charged. As you are not a member of the press in our accounts we did not release that free order to you.  

 

If you just do a standard order (so not a 'press order') it will be handled as any other order.
