Dreamflight767 5
Hello: I am having issues with the autopilot LNAV intercepting/following a route when it needs to follow an ARC or intercept a radial. As seen from the approach plate, I was inbound from OTRUD and need fly the ARC from QET. The airplane/autopilot just flew past the ARC track and started "S-turning", couldn't figure out what to do/go. Same thing happened when I needed to intercept the 0-9-4 radial inbound to QET for the VOR RY09 APP. What am I doing wrong? Thanks. Please login to display this image. It is being worked on. Some airports seem to be hit harder than others.
Hoffie3000 96
You are to fast. I get the best results with 210-220 KIAS. Regardless of actual FL. With 250-260 KIAS it ends always in well known S-Turning. Wolfgang

Dreamflight767 5
Well the thing is, the airplane never turned to intercept. It just kept flying straight and passed the right to continue on the route programmed. Glad to hear an update may resolve.
