This problem have being ongoing for a while and strangely occurs on and off. In some occasions the complete flight its achieved and in some instances the crash have occurred during Ground Events, Almost at Take off time and just recently a few min before Final Approach. All of the sudden freezes and then crashes. Listed below its the report from both separate crashes.
