djspatrick 15
Hi folks, I hope you are all keeping well. Apologies if this has been asked before but I don't see it mentioned in the install guides. When updating an Airbus Professional product, it asks if you want to install RAAS. This happens whether RAAS is installed or not. * Is it safe to say 'no' if RAAS is already installed? * Would it be possible to change the installer to detect the installed version of RAAS and only prompt for an installation if it isn't already installed or the installed version is out of date? All the best, Dave.
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted May 7, 2020 Aerosoft Share Posted May 7, 2020 As the 'locked' version of RAAS (so the one only working for these aircraft) is different I suggest letting it update itself. Detecting the installed version is damned hard to get absolutely correct (and the installer is done by FS2crew and not Aerosoft).
djspatrick 15
Ah, OK. Just say yes to the RAAS installs. Cheers, Dave.
