Hi, I may have found out what the problem is. When you download the software from Aerosoft's store this comes to us under zipped folder. When we unzip it we find the .exe and a folder called Product. Inside the Product folder there are some files (PIC2). In Ducument, where we find the Aerosoft folder which is created, the Product folder is empty. What you have to do is copy the folder from the unzipped file and paste it inside the LiveryInstaller folder (PIC3). Finally the long-awaited window opens (PIC4). I hope I have been clear :-)

That’s strange, when I look inside the zip, there is no sub folder.

But great if you have a solution working for you.

I hope this can be helpful to many others! The prodcut folder must not be empty and must be placed into the LiveryInstaller folder

Well,  I'm sorry but I can't really tell you why. Look at my pic. I even succeded in adding up new liveries. In my specific case, I only have another issue. When I start Prepar3D V4.5 my aircraft is invisible (I'm only referring to the added-up liveries). Although The LiveryInstaller shows up the thumbnail with the image, once Prepar3D is started, after selecting the airbus no airplane thumbnail shows up in the vehicle window and as a consequence, no aircraft visible at the gate or on the runway. But I'll search around tomorrow, I'm quite fed up now.  

I asked the installer guy to check the empty products folder.

 

@saveriomangione Do you have an example for a livery you added? (a download link would be nice, so I can test myself. Thanks)
