I just bought a Navigraph subscription and allowed the program to install into the designated file that the installer was programmed to. It didn’t work and I was wondering if anyone could help. The aerosoft configurator is not opening and gives me this error each time I attempt to open it ( I will attach file). The file is in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\DLC\500201\Aerosoft\Airbus If anyone could help that would be much appreciated Please login to display this image. DaveCT2003 2553 Posted May 4, 2020 Share Posted May 4, 2020 Just looking into this a little deeper, I believe what Mathijs meant was that you'll have to ask DoveTail Games (via) Steam for support. You see DoveTail Games took our Airbus and modified it considerably, and we don't know all the changes they made. You can find Airbus Support on in the Steam forums. Best wishes!
